JEP Entertainment Group, Inc. is owned and run by Jorge Pinos. After 24 years with William Morris Agency, moving from the mail room to Senior Vice President, International Division, Jorge left to open JEP Entertainment Group in 2005.

Jorge has helped in moving such artists as Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine, Julio Iglesias, Shakira, and Roberto Carlos from the Latin Market into the main stream. He has booked US and International tours for Juan Gabriel, Raphael, Diana Ross, YES, Bee Gees, Paul Anka, and many others.

Jorge is the recipient of Billboard Magazine's Latin Lifetime Achievement Award, Imagen's Vision Award, and Prism's Unsung Hero Award.
